ALCA was born out of frustration and a deep respect for the people who work in healthcare. After years of layering uncomfortable fabrics, dealing with ill fitting cuts and wishing scrubs felt half as good as workout gear, we decided to build something better.
We consulted nurses, doctors and allied health professionals to understand what mattered most. The answer was always the same: comfort, functionality and not having to think about what you are wearing during a 12 hour shift.
